1. What is the setup - cost and time?
A basic setup only takes 24 hours and can be done from your desk. There is no setup costs. Our onboarding process requires you only to approve a LOA so we are permitted to access meter data on your behalf from your energy supplier. Within 24 hrs our system will have generated a 12 months historic view of your site with a baseline consumption profile, which allows you to start realising cost savings immediately.

It varies by organisational level.
At management level, findings are shared via weekly, monthly, or quarterly reports (as preferred) - these include clear performance against targets set, plus prioritised actionable recommendations, so time and money is allocated to the highest value adding activities.
At site level,in addition to regular reports, communication with site managers happens on an ongoing basis as and when alerts, enquiries and actions arise. Our platform communicates directly and instantly with site managers, such as conversations via email or phone messages. This dynamic resolution approach avoids the typical communication lag between organisational messaging structures, such as weekly or monthly status calls. It also ensures we only track unintentional energy consumption.

Yes you have all sites located in an overview page - clear visualisation in a single dashboard in a traffic light system. Health checks of the whole portfolio require only a single glance. Prioritised focus areas based on benchmarks are highlighted with clear recommendations. Benchmarking is both at sector, portfolio, single site meter level, and down to equipment level - tracking efficiency opportunities at all levels.

Yes - this is core functionality. Tracking is cumulative on an annual, monthly or even weekly basis. In addition, we tailor the tracking to meet your objects during the setup phase. E.g. If the objective is 5% carbon reductions, our platform monitors progress on a rolling basis and flags whether targets are on track or not. Recommendations to stay on track with clear next steps are included in the regular reports.

Yes the platform integrates with other types of data sets, we cover this in our initial setup conversation, where we also explore the existing infrastructure. E.g. If any sites do not have basic hardware such as half hourly meters we can just come on site and set these up (at a low cost and no disruption to daily operations).
